Weekly menu vol2 @crispmodel

We are trying to give you many ideas about healthy eating so we decided to write you another menu sample that gives you an idea for each day of the week. Don’t forget to have a meal at least 5 times a day to have enough energy:)

As we also mentioned you before, these meals can be combined and replaced. It’s not a rule, nor scientific, only an example for you to see how our models are trying to eat healthy and what do we prefer in our everyday life. The most important thing is to eat regularly and variously so your body can obtain all the vitamins and nutritions necessary! Don’t forget to work out often and to drink 2-2,5 L of water each day!

Monday:

Chia pudding

Almonds

Tuna steak with steamed cauliflower

Tuesday:

Smoothie (apple, beetroot, carrot)

Toast with butter

Lentil stew

A small portion of camambert cheese with blueberries

Baked pumpkin

Wednesday:

Peach

Whole wheat crackers

Spinach-salmon lasagne

Apple chips

Tomato soup

Thursday:

Yogurt drink

Oat cookies

Baked chicken breast with garden salad

Carrot

Frankfurt soup

Friday:

Toast with eggplant dip

Strawberries

Butter croissant

Grilled cheese with buckwheat

A small portion of turkey breast cold cuts with tomatoes

Stick of celery with cottage cheese
